Victor is a young cat, probably older than Bill Bailey and Carbucketty but younger than the rest of the toms. We don't know much about him as he only appeared in London and in the last Autralia Tour. He is quit playful (for example he could be seen playing with Bustopher's hat) but also discreet.
Victor plays one of the pirates during Growltiger's Last Stand and has no solo line out of this song. It is pityful that he doesn't appear in the video.
Victor's costume has a white/grey base with dark grey/black stripes and some touches of brown/yellow. His wig is mostly brown and black. His make-up is very simple, light brown based with white around the eyes and above his mouth.
