Bill Bailey is one of the kitten of the tribe. His best friend is Carbucketty/Pouncival, and they are a funny kitten team !
Even if Bill Bailey doesn't have much solo lines, he can be seen a lot on stage having fun with the other kittens, annoying the older cats, teasing the toms,... He sometimes seem impressed by Skimblehanks, maybe because it's one of the only toms that he listens to !
The name Bill Bailey only appears in London-type productions. In others, he is named Tumblebrutus.
Bill Bailey's unitard is white with brown stripes (sometimes with some spots) and a little bit of gray. His furr, wig, leg- and handwarmers are gray and brown. He is easily recognizable thanks to his white make-up with a brown spot on his right eye, going up from his nose to his forehaed.
