Alonzo is a tall, strong and courageous tom who doesn't hesitate to help Munkustrap fighting Macavity. He can sometimes be very sensual and you can see him flirting with different queens like Cassandra.
In some productions (eg : final London), he is Victoria's partner during the mating dance. In others like Hamburg, he is the one who comforts Demeter after Old Deutoronomy's catnapping.
In most productions, Alonzo disguises as Rumpus Cat during the Pekes & Pollicles song.
Alonzo has got two different kinds of costume. In London and similar productions, he is black and white with a white make-up and a black spot on an eye. In other productions like in USA or Hamburg, he is brown/yellow/black.
