Began dancing at an early age, excelling at Highland Dancing and winning numerous 
competitions. After starting ballet, she appeared with the Durban Junior Dance Theatre 
Company, and also won various ballet awards, before relocating to Cape Town to further her 
training in musical theatre, at the Waterfront Theatre School. Whilst completing her 
training, she performed and featured in several productions and also won the award for Best 
Dancer at the 1999 FNB Vita Dance Indaba. Her professional experience includes various 
cabaret contracts and corporate functions. Catherine is ecstatic to make her theatrical 
debut with Cats!
